The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) will be held at Beurs van Berlage, Damrak 243, Amsterdam on Thursday 22 April 2010.
 
The AGM of Heineken N.V. starts at 2 p.m. CET, followed by the
AGM of Heineken Holding N.V. around 4 p.m. CET.

Please note that journalists who have not registered will not be admitted to the meeting. There are no interview opportunities.
