The Americas

Heineken has built a strong position in the Americas, with exports to the USA, Central America and the Caribbean. Heineken also owns a number of breweries in the Caribbean and Central America and has interests in and licensing agreements with several breweries in Central and South America. In 2010, Heineken completed the acquisition of the beer businesses of Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FEMSA).
