Human rights

HEINEKEN endorses the principles underlying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: respect for the dignity of all people, irrespective of race, religion, sexual orientation or political conviction. We will not cooperate, actively or passively, directly or indirectly, in any violation of human rights and we support our employees if third parties violate their rights. We are happy to publish our human rights policy in every country in which we operate. We endeavour to make sure all our employees are aware of their rights, not matter where in the world they work with us.
