Management

The HEINEKEN Group is led by Heineken Holding N.V. and its Board of Directors. Heineken N.V. is managed by the Executive Board who report directly to the Supervisory Board.

The Executive Board consists of two members: Jean-François van Boxmeer (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) and René Hooft Graafland (Chief Financial Officer). For more information please visit the Executive Board page.

HEINEKEN has five operating regions: Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, The Americas, Africa and the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Each region is headed by a Regional President. Both members of the Executive Board, the five Regional Presidents and six Chief Officers/ heads of Global functions form the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is responsible for the development of Group policy and the implementation of key priorities and strategies across the organisation.
