Michael O'Hare spent 13 years working with PepsiCo International in a variety of senior Human Resources roles. Between 1998 and 2004, he was based in the USA within both head office and operating business units. He then relocated to Hong Kong.

From 2004-2007, he held the function of Chief Personnel Office/VP Greater China and moved on to become PepsiCo International's Chief Personnel Office Asia Pacific between 2007 until 2009, leading the company's strategic HR's agenda across more than 40 separate businesses and joint ventures.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, he spent six years in banking and accounting.

In May 2009, he was appointed Group Human Resources Director based in the Netherlands.
