The remuneration policy of the Executive Board outlines the policy as from 2007. The remuneration policy ensures that business objectives are most effectively met, to be in line with the culture and values of the company and to comply with the highest standards of good corporate governance. The latest remuneration policy has been adopted in the AGM of April 2007. The Remuneration Report further explains the remuneration policy.
