As per 1 January 2005 the AGM adopted the following:

  • As per 1 January 2005 fees for Committee activities (non-existent in the past).
  • As per 1 January 2006 an increase* in the remuneration.

Supervisory Board

Member(s) €45.000,00

Committees Audit S&A** RC**
Chairman €7.500,00 €6.500,00 €6.500,00
Members €5.000,00 €4.500,00 €4.500,00

The remuneration is paid quarterly in advance.

* The last adjustment was adopted in the AGM of April 2002.
** For the S&A and RC committees it should be noted that a Chairman or member serving at both committees receive this fee only once. As all the members of the above mentioned committees are also members of the Preparatory Committee, there is no additional remuneration for their membership of the Preparatory Committee.
