The Sustainability Report 2002/2003 describes our sustainability policy and presents the results that have been achieved across the organisation. It also describes the priorities regarding improvements in the period ahead. The guidelines formulated by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for sustainability reporting have been followed as closely as possible. We affirm the strategic importance of sustainability in safeguarding the continuity of the company. We don't imply to have reached all our goals yet in this report, but work hard to achieve them in future. We made the report available in download.
